Customer Service Phone Script For Email ReDirection

This is the script we use to funnel phone calls to our customer service agents managing emails and other non-verbal support channels. We use a free text-to-speech program to get the audio, and claim a free professional business number where customers can call and be encouraged to email our customer service staff.
